The following activities by visitors are strictly prohibited at and around the exhibition:
１）Distributing leaflets or literature to exhibitirs or visitors.
２）Taking photographs or video within exhibition halls.
３）Conducting demonstrations or causing a disturbance.
４）Sales actions of financial products and real estate to exhibitors or visitors.
The organizers may take photographs inside and outside the exhibition halls during the fair and the photographs will be used on the website or printing materials for promotion purposes by the organizers.
By registering for Health ingredients Japan 2023/ Food ingredients for Taste Japan2023/ Safety and Technology Japan 2023/ Food Long Life Japan 2023, you are bound to comply with these regulations. The organizer reserves the right to refuse exhibition, or evict form the exhibition hall, any visitor who does not abide by these regulations.

1) Visitor agrees that the personal data provided for registration for the exhibition will be included in Informa Group's database and used by Informa Group for promotional purposes in the future.
2) When you register or attend presentations and seminars at the exhibition, your registered information will be given to the organisers of the presentations and seminars, and used by them for their promotional purposes in the future.
3) When you request appointments and samples from exhibitors via the exhibition website, your registered information will be given to the exhibitors, and used by them for their promotional purposes in the future.
4) When you watch videos on the exhibition website, which were supplied by exhibitors, your registered information will be given to the exhibitors, and used by them for their promotional purposes in the future.
5) When your visitor badge is scanned by exhibitors’ QR-code readers at the exhibition, your registered information will be given to the exhibitors, and used by them for their promotional purposes in the future.
6) If you request that your personal information be deleted, it will be deleted from the database of Informa Group. However, since the information is given to organisers of the presentations and seminars, and exhibitors, is managed in accordance with their privacy policies, you will need to directly approach those provider companies, if you want to request personal information be deleted from their databases.
7) The exhibition website uses cookies sent from your terminal to enable important service functions and ensure safe and appropriate use. In addition, to improve the quality of services, identifiers, such as IP addresses, information on viewed pages, information on the usage environment, etc., are acquired.
8) Should Japanese governmental authorities or the police request your information in an emergency, the organiser may provide them with registered information.
