| Activities | The detection principle of Bacteria rapid detection device -rapisco- uses the bacteria direct observation method (fluorescent staining). The fluorescent reagent stained bacteria are detected as light spots, by irradiating light. Therefore, no culture time is required, and results can be obtained in a short time (10 minutes at the shortest). It corresponds to multiple fluorescent staining reagents. |
