Detail	Plant Based Meat (PBM) tends to lack meat-like juiciness and elasticity. Our product "Deligneur TM" improves the juiciness of PBM by replacing regular granulated soy protein. "MG-EL TM" gives PBM meat-like elasticity. It also improves the binding properties of various products and helps create products with new textures.
