| Detail | Shima-Azami thistle is eaten around the Amami Islands as a superfood. The plant Cell-water extracted from Shima-Azami thistle with a special method contains exosome-like nanoparticles and exerts various health effects. By extracting and selling Cell-water from various plants, especially agricultural waste plants, we hope to change the way of agriculture in Japan and lead to satoyama landscape regeneration. | ||
