Title Analysis example of fruits related to taste texture and appearance
Detail In addition to conventional component analysis and sensory evaluation, we use instruments related to the secondary function (preference function) of food, such as a taste sensor and visual analyzer. We are also working on objective and comprehensive evaluation of foods by quantifying the taste, texture, and appearance.In this lecture, we will introduce examples of analysis of fruits.

Title Genetically modified labeling system and test method
Detail Voluntary labeling in the genetically modified labeling system will be a new system from April 01, 2023.In this seminar, We will introduce what will change from the conventional labeling system and the points of revision. We will explain the newly added test method as a method of confirming that there is no contamination of genetically modified agricultural products.
