Activities	As the world's largest rice koji factories, Uonuma Jozo expands the possibilities of rice koji to the world. We have launched a fermented sweetener “Kojimitsu” made only from rice and rice koji, and there are examples of its use not only in sweets but also in a wide range of recipes. We also sell dried rice koji for industrial and food service use and make proposals to brewers and manufactures who are suffering from aged production lines and labor shortages.
