Activities	We introduce sensing and analysis technology of food powered by machine learning approach to improve tasting test in food production line, inspection of food materials, recipe development, and so on. Our method can be applied for measuring components, categorize the type of food products or materials, and some of applications on our trial device is demonstrated. We are looking forward to any of your interests in applying our method to solve your challenges.
