Our product "Sauce KeepⓇ" has the function of emulsifying sauces even without sufficient stirring facilities, and prevents separation of oils and fats. "Sauce SoftTM-23" dissolves when added directly to sauces, and is effective in preventing soaking and loss of shine and luster. |
