Title New technology “double oil coating” to protect live bacteria
Detail Viable bacteria such as bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria are easily killed due to the effects of tableting, storage, stomach acid and bile acid. Detail Sauces are used in a wide range of cooked foods, but separation of fats and oils, soaking, and loss of shine and luster are problems. Our product "Sauce KeepⓇ" has the function of emulsifying sauces even without sufficient stirring facilities, and prevents separation of oils and fats. "Sauce SoftTM-23" dissolves when added directly to sauces, and is effective in preventing soaking and loss of shine and luster.
