Hayashibara will co-exhibit with Nagase Co., Ltd. In addition to functional saccharides, we added various enzymes as a part of our lineup this year. To tackle the challenge of egg reduction, we have a variety of recipes using enzymes and saccharides along with their egg reduction rates. A new function of our citrus derived health food will be revealed for the first time in this exhibition, which is suitable for sports nutrition and femcare foods!

We’ll introduce the contributions of NAGASE Group’s enzymes for egg processing and the effect of egg reduction in confectionary as one of the solutions to the recent shortage of egg. |
