Kameda Seika has been researching on rice-derived lactic acid bacteria for many years. We are currently selling "Plant Origin Lactic Acid Bacteria K-1 and K-2". K-1 bacteria have been reported to have functions of regulating bowel movement and maintaining skin moisture. K-2 bacteria are reported to have function of relieving allergy symptoms. Both of them are compatible with “Foods with Function Claims in Japan”. Since they are heat-killed, they are heat stable and applicable in various food items.
