Intorductin of the blue pigment in butterfly pea petals, anthocyanin 「Ternatin」

We will introduce natural food coloring pigments (blue, red, green, etc.). It can be used as a food raw materials and coloring agents. The blue pigment in butterfly pea petals is the anthocyanin 「Ternatin」. This 「Ternatin」 is effective in lowering postprandial blood sugar levels, suppressing postprandial triglycerides, and promoting hair growth. We will introduce applied products of functional materials using this 「Ternatin」.
