The Mekong Delta in Vietnam is rich in agricultural and marine resources. Aiming to contribute to this region, we have been developing, manufacturing, and selling powdered seasonings derived from Vietnamese ingredients. This time, under the theme of "upcycling," we will propose to customers in the processed food industry a variety of shrimp powder seasonings made from unutilized resources (shrimp shells) generated at local food factory.
