MaCSIE is an upcycled natural raw material made from nanofibers of cellulose contained in plant food losses such as citrus juice residue. It has various effects such as emulsification, water retention, and thickening, making it possible to create foods and cosmetics that were not possible before. Examples of applications include beverages and UV creams, and it can be used in a wide range of other applications.
