MC-Media Pad is a sheet medium that makes microbiological testing easier and more accurate. It can be used immediately without the need to adjust the culture medium. Polylysine is a natural food preservative. We can propose formulations for various food products. Antiviral agents consisting only of food enzymes and polylysine can inactivate food poisoning-causing bacteria and noroviruses.
