We introduce AW-1S, a compact, lightweight, and easy-to-handle moisture activity analyzer, and AW-Multi, a multi-sensor model capable of measuring 8 or 16 samples at a time. Two types of sensors, capacitance type and electrical resistance type, are available, and if measurements are made under a constant temperature environment, they can be used to comply with food hygiene inspection guidelines and ISO 18787.
