In recent years, there has been a demand for predicting sensory evaluation scores for applications in quality control and the development of new products.
In this presentation, we introduce an example of building a prediction formula using sensory evaluation scores, instrumental analysis related to taste, texture, and color, and regression analysis using measured data of component analysis of chocolate. |

Fatigue is considered to be one of the risk factors for depression and cerebrovascular damage.
In fatigue research, a method using an animal model is generally used, however from the animal protection point of view, an alternative method without using an animal is required. This presentation aims at the construction of fatigue evaluation models using cultured cells, and we will introduce studies using fatigue model mice and cultured cells. |
