We introduce sustainable flavorful oils as replacements for animal fat and cacao, which are subject to supply concerns.
We will showcase “botanova,” a plant-based flavored oil, and its uses beyond plant-based foods. The other item is “Défi,” a specially selected margarine that enhances the flavor of cocoa by adding a roasted, rich, sweet taste. These flavored oils solve the supply concerns of animal fats and cocoa.
