Nisshin MCT Oil HC is the first MCT oil in Japan to be marketed as a “Food with Function Claims.
Since MCT-related foods were introduced as "Foods with Function Claims" in 2021, a variety of products highlighting the health benefits of MCT have been continuously emerging. It has been confirmed that MCT helps reduce body fat, visceral fat, and waist size, and maintains leg muscle strength, which tends to decrease with aging in middle-aged and older adults. Additional diverse health benefits are anticipated in the future.
