All of the Anno sweet potatoes used as raw materials are produced in-house. We used the skins and other materials that were discarded on the Anno sweet potato paste production line to dry and crush them into powder. Furthermore, we outsource it to a well-equipped factory, where it is sterilized and finely ground to create a powder that retains its fragrant aroma. We are working to reduce waste loss. It is suitable for commercial use and is easy to mix with confectionery ingredients.
