A solution using seaweed-derived alginates for delicious salt reduction without altering the taste.
Alginic acids, which are derived from seaweed such as kelp, have the ability to adsorb salt, absorbing salt contained in food in the body and excreting it with feces. DEL SAL is a supplement that contains this alginic acid. ZERO is a reduced-salt seasoning that uses a different mechanism from conventional reduced-salt salts, and is a 1:1 mixture of salt and alginic acids, without potassium.
