New AI Technology for Visualizing and Designing Flavor Profiles
We are a venture company originating from University of Shizuoka. We introduce a new AI technology (F-index) to analyze flavors based on food ingredient information. This AI technology can be applied in various aspects of the food industry, such as visualizing flavor profiles, pairing ingredients, and mapping taste characteristics.
