MC-Media Pad, Polylysine
MC-Media Pad is a sheet medium that makes microbiological testing easier and more accurate. It can be used immediately without the need to adjust the culture medium. Polylysine is a natural food preservative.
We will also introduce examples of applications of polylysine in enzyme purification and DNA recovery, taking advantage of its cationic properties.

Furthermore, when combined with other shelf-life-enhancing ingredients to create a synergistic effect, a stable preservative effect can be achieved with even smaller amounts added, which will be demonstrated with examples showing how food waste can be reduced without compromising the taste of food.
