Introducing the “Pure Broth Series” – featuring a distinctive dashi flavor extracted through a pressure-cooking method.
The Purebroth Series is a lineup of products that emphasize carefully selected raw ingredients and bring out their distinctive flavors through a pressure extraction process. These products are designed to meet the demand for authentic broth flavor in environments facing labor shortages. As an addition to the lineup, we have developed a new broth ingredient using plant-based materials and are showcasing a new product made from its extract.
