Introducing the basic properties, applications, and functionalities of alginate
KIMICA's alginate is a sustainable material made exclusively from seaweed washed ashore. It contributes to solving various food-related challenges through "alginate". We introduce KIMILOID, which can be used to improve the quality and reduce the cost of a wide range of foods, including bread, noodles, and confectionery. In addition, we will also present calcium alginate, known for its diverse functions.
