We will exhibit pregelatinized (alpha) rice and pasta that can be used as ingredients for instant foods and in school lunches.

Both products require no cooking—just add hot water, and they’re ready in 3 to 7 minutes. They help reduce preparation time in busy environments such as schools, hospitals, and care facilities. Our products have also been used in instant foods like cup soups. Product Format: ・Pregelatinized (Alpha) Rice: 10 kg per box ・Instant Pasta: 2.5 kg × 4 bags per box
