Introducing "Plant de Rich" ingredients for plant-based foods and functional food ingredients.
We will introduce plant-based materials such as masking materials that reduce soy odor, meat flavor seasonings that can impart a meat-like oily feel and richness and umami taste, cream-like materials that can impart a milky umami taste and richness, and vegetable caramel paste that can impart a caramel flavor, as well as ginger materials and natto bacteria (sterilized) that are compatible with functional food claims, and lactic acid bacteria (sterilized).
