Functional food raw materials are required to have higher functionality, such as high purity of active ingredients and removal of unnecessary ingredients.
In order to achieve high functionality, technologies for separating, refining, and concentrating active ingredients are required during the manufacturing process. In this presentation, we will introduce examples of refinery and concentration technologies using diafiltration method with our hollow fiber membrane. |
