A novel enzymatic, simple and colorimetric food analysis kit capable of specifically measuring sucrose, fructose and lactose
Both kits use two solutions (solutions A and B) at room temperature, the same procedure, and the same color reaction, and are designed to eliminate coexisting glucose in the sample before measurement. As standard solutions, solutions of sucrose, fructose, and lactose (100 mg/mL) are used, allowing direct measurement of sucrose, fructose, and lactose in 30 or 40 minutes.
