[Cooked rice] Glyco Transferase''Amano'' make cooked rice keeping softness, leading to a reduction in food loss by extending its shelf life. Furthermore, due to its thermostability , it is effective even when added before steaming rice and mochi, and can also keep softness of cooked rice and mochi. [Collagen peptide] We have a lineup of proteases that are effective for low molecular weight peptide production. [Seasoning and extract] We offer the best enzymes for meat/fish extracts, eHVP, and Yeast extracts. [EMC] We propose enzyme to produce EMC that enhance cheese or butter flavour. |
