We would like to introduce our company-grown licorice from Hokkaido and examples of its utilization.

Our company-grown licorice from Hokkaido is characterized by its mild bitterness and a subtle sweetness. Utilizing these unique features, we are developing it as a flavoring ingredient for foods and as a tea ingredient. At our booth, we will introduce examples of its utilization, including tastings. Additionally, we will be conducting a presentation for exhibitors, so please join us.
