Functional ingredients from konjac potato
We exhibit functional ingredients from konjac potato such as water-soluble extract containing glucosyl ceramides and liquid sugar containing mannose. Glucosyl ceramides improve skin moisture retaining property. The extract can be used as an ingredient for drinks and jellies without emulsifiers.
Mannose is an ingredient, which is expected to prevent urinary tract infection.
