Sanso Cut® is a deoxidizer that utilizes the oxidation reaction of iron powder to absorb oxygen within a sealed container, thereby helping to maintain the quality of food. Specifically, it lowers the oxygen concentration inside the container by having the iron powder react with and consume oxygen, preventing oxidation and mold growth in the food.
