Introduction to microbial Identification testing and microbiome analysis, focusing on gut bacteria
We introduce a variety of microbiological tests, including microbial identification tests using MALDI-TOF MS and DNA sequencing, as well as comprehensive analyses such as gut microbiota analysis via amplicon sequencing.
We also have samples of the collection containers needed for collecting stool samples on display.

In this study, amplicon sequencing was applied to characterize the microbiota of chilled foods and their manufacturing environments. This approach enabled the identification of spoilage microorganisms and the estimation of contamination sources, thereby facilitating the development of effective preventive measures. | ||
