Introducing functional ingredients and seasoning products made from natural sources.
Two new ingredients unveiled for the first time!
In addition to established ingredients for the foods with functional claims—including N-Acetylglucosamine for knee joint and skin health, Anserine for helps reduce elevated uric acid levels, and Fucose for reducing visceral fat and improving bowel movements—we will unveil two new ingredients: Octopine and Low-Molecular-weight Chitin. We'll also showcase seasoning products made from natural materials.

| Title | New proposal for allergy countermeasures! Introduction of ”Low molecular weight chitin” | ||
| Detail | We are pleased to introduce Low Molecular Chitin (LMC), a notable functional ingredient gaining attention. This seminar will cover the unique characteristics of LMC, including its enhanced dispersibility achieved through low molecular weight processing while maintaining the chitin structure, anti-allergic effects demonstrated in animal studies conducted through university collaboration, and the proposed mechanism of action. All information presented is based on scientific evidence. Please join us to gain valuable insights for developing new allergy-care products. | ||

| Title | [Original material] Introduction of ”Octopine,” a muscle component of octopus and squid | ||
| Detail | Octopine is an arginine derivative produced in large quantities in the muscles of cephalopods such as octopus and squid. Although it has a long history of consumption, little attention has been paid to this compound, and its health benefits were largely unknown. Here, we will introduce two topics: the potential applications of Octopine, particularly in the field of muscle health, and the Octopine-containing food developed by our company, which has been dedicated to upcycling seafood byproducts since its founding. | ||
