We are showcasing fish-derived ingredients developed using surimi processing technologies cultivated through kamaboko production. These include "Sakana-Conc" which enhances umami and richness, and "Sakana-Proco," a high-quality protein ingredient—both made from underutilized domestic fish "Fish Peptide," produced by enzymatically hydrolyzing white-fleshed fish proteins and "FISH CAKE MIX," a surimi mix that requires only the addition of water to prepare.
