We will exhibit multi-purpose materials for effective utilization of fermentation technology and brewing by-products in sake breweries. In particular, "Ranman GABA," a material compatible with the hot topic of functional food with Functional Claims, is a material that meets three health claims: "improvement of sleep quality," "relief of temporary psychological stress and fatigue due to work, study, etc," and "function to lower blood pressure in those with elevated blood pressure."
