Title A new move for shelf-life extenders - Introduction of expanded masking material lineup
Detail In addition to our existing masking ingredients, we will introduce "MASK-MC," a newly developed, carbohydrate-derived product highly effective in addressing the flavor challenges caused by shelf-life extenders. Its greatest strength lies in its exceptional masking effect against the distinctive odors of acetates and thiamine. In this seminar, we will present the advantages of this new material and specific application examples, while also touching upon our current product lineup.
