Sea Salt & Nigari rich in minerals derived from Muroto deep sea water.
Sea Salt & Nigari rich in minerals derived from Muroto deep sea water. Our salt is characterized by its smooth, mild taste, free of any bitterness. This is achieved by removing calcium sulfate (\(CaSO_{4}\)) through our collaborative research with Kochi University of Technology. Regarding nigari (bittern), we have obtained patents for health foods that improve the intestinal flora in tofu, miso, and natto, respectively, through joint research on health foods with Kochi University School of Medicine.
