Fucoidan is a natural polysaccharide known as the "slimy component" found in edible seaweeds such as mozuku, kelp, and wakame. Okinawa mozuku contains a particularly high concentration of fucoidan compared with other seaweeds.
Okinawa Moromi Vinegar is produced from the fermented mash remaining after the distillation of Ryukyu Awamori, Okinawa's traditional distilled spirit.
