Our licorice, cultivated in-house in Hokkaido, is characterized by its mild flavor, with less bitterness and harshness than conventional licorice, along with a subtle natural sweetness. Leveraging these unique qualities, we are developing applications as a flavor-enhancing ingredient for food products and as a raw material for herbal teas. At our booth, we will showcase a variety of application examples, including tasting samples.
