Overview of the Association’s 50th Anniversary Initiatives, Ongoing Activities, and the Future Potential of Plant Proteins
The Japan Plant Protein Food Association was established in 1975 and held its 50th anniversary commemorative events this May. For half a century, the Association has continued its efforts to promote the consumption and public awareness of plant-based proteins. The exhibition introduces the purpose of the Association’s establishment, its activities, as well as the manufacturing methods and applications of plant proteins. Samples of plant proteins will also be distributed.
