It is rich in protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals, and boasts a high amino acid score.It holds the potential to serve as a new dietary choice that supports a sustainable society while boosting daily health. Test sales of food products incorporating this ingredient began in March 2026, and the range of applications continues to expand. We are currently seeking partners to join us in further expanding its use in food products.
